This policy outlines acceptable use of ZNET11 hosting, domain and SSL services. Violation may result in warning, suspension or termination of service without refund.
1. Prohibited Content and Activity
You may not use our services to host, distribute or transmit:
- Illegal content under Indian law, including content violating the Information Technology Act, 2000
- Malware, viruses, or tools designed to gain unauthorized access to systems
- Phishing pages or content impersonating another person or organisation
- Unsolicited bulk email (spam) or email harvesting
- Content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
- Content promoting violence, hate speech, or exploitation of minors
2. Resource Usage
Shared and WordPress hosting plans are intended for normal website traffic as described on the product page. Accounts that consistently exceed fair resource usage and affect server performance for other customers may be asked to upgrade to a higher plan or a Cloud Hosting plan.
3. Network Abuse
You may not use our services for port scanning, denial-of-service activity, running open proxies or relays, or any activity that disrupts network stability for other customers.
4. Gaming Hosting Specific Terms
Gaming servers must comply with the terms of service of the underlying game and its publisher. We do not permit use of gaming hosting resources for activities unrelated to the licensed game server, including unrelated computational workloads.
5. Reporting Abuse
Suspected abuse of our services can be reported to [abuse@znet11.com]. We investigate reports and take action consistent with this policy.
6. Enforcement
We reserve the right to suspend service immediately, without prior notice, where activity poses an immediate risk to network security or other customers. In other cases, we will attempt to notify you and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue before suspension.
