Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 17 June 2026
1. Hosting Services (Shared, Cloud, Gaming, WordPress Hosting)
New hosting accounts are covered by a 3-day money-back guarantee from the date of initial purchase. If you are not satisfied within this period, contact billing for a full refund of the hosting fee, minus any non-refundable third-party costs already incurred (such as a registered domain or issued SSL certificate, if purchased together).
This guarantee applies to the first purchase of a hosting plan only and does not apply to renewals, upgrades, add-ons, or repeat sign-ups.
2. Domain Registrations
Domain registration, renewal and transfer fees are non-refundable once the order has been processed with the registry, as these costs are paid to third-party domain registries and cannot be reversed.
3. SSL Certificates
SSL certificate fees are non-refundable once the certificate has been issued by the certificate authority, as issuance involves a non-reversible third-party cost.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel a service at any time from your client area. Cancellation stops future renewal billing. Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless covered under Section 1.
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout, typically within 7-10 business days.
6. Account Terminations for Policy Violation
No refund is issued where an account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
7. Contact
For refund requests, open a billing ticket from your client area or email [billing@znet11.com].
